For those running BEE version 12.8 and later, we deliver a new “Bacula Installation Manager” or “BIM” tool that permits to install and register the FD and any plugin easily with the Director through a wizard, thus to run a backup job of this client very easily. The Bacula Installation Manager permits as well to install the Director with or without BWeb,  a single SD, offer to create firewall rules on the operating system, setup SELinux, setup BWeb authentication and SSL communication by default and more. Please search in the documentation “Installation Manager” for more information or find it under the “Install Bacula” chapter.
