Home > Technical Blog > New Documentation Feedback Feature Available
Updated 13th June 2026, Ludovic Piquerez

Bacula Systems is pleased to announce a new feedback feature in our online documentation, making it easier for users to report documentation issues, suggest improvements, and share comments directly with our documentation team.

The new feature allows users to highlight a specific portion of text in the documentation and submit feedback related to that exact section. This helps our team understand the context of each comment more clearly and respond more efficiently when documentation needs to be improved, corrected, clarified, or expanded.

Users can also submit feedback at any time by using the Share feedback button located at the top-right of the documentation page. The feedback form supports several issue types, including general comments, incorrect information, outdated content, unclear explanations, missing information, code issues, broken links, and broken images.

This feature is available across the Bacula Systems documentation portal.

We encourage customers, partners, and community users to use this new feedback channel whenever they notice something that could be improved. Your input helps us keep Bacula documentation accurate, complete, and useful for administrators working with Bacula Enterprise and Bacula Community in demanding production environments.

Thank you for helping us improve the Bacula Systems documentation.
